Refund and cancellation policy

We do not refund or reship orders due to shipping delays or for addresses provided to us incorrectly.  We do not guarantee delivery dates and will not issue refunds if not received by a certain time.  If you have an issue with the product itself, please email customerservice@wickedwhoopies.com and explain the situation.  Please be sure to include your order number and name on the order. Orders over 60 days will not receive a refund.

Cancelling Orders: We are only able to cancel and refund orders that have not processed.  Once an order is processed, we will not be able to cancel or alter the order.  

We currently have processing and shipping delays because of the heat. We are limiting the days we ship in order to protect the product. If you have requested a specific delivery/ship date at checkout and want to proceed, please know that your order might arrive melted. However, they are still perfectly safe and yummy to eat (pop them in the fridge to firm them up if you prefer). UPS is also experiencing ground delays that might contribute to more melting.

We will not reship or refund for melted product.
