Orders are typically processed within 1 to 7 business days. Please add an additional 1 to 7 business days for UPS transit time. Orders over 20 dozen may take 2 weeks or longer to process. Processing time is subject to change without notice.

During the summer, we might have processing and shipping delays because of the heat. We are limiting the days we ship in order to protect the product. If you have requested a specific delivery/ship date at checkout and want to proceed, please know that your order might arrive melted. However, they are still perfectly safe and yummy to eat (pop them in the fridge to firm them up if you prefer).

We will not reship or refund for melted product.
