Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days.  Processing time does not change even if you upgrade the method of shipping.  Processing time does NOT include transit time for shipping.  Please add an additional 1 to 7 business days for your order to arrive once shipped.  Delivery dates are not guaranteed.  We only ship via UPS. We will not be held responsible for any carrier delays.  No refunds will be issued for delays.  Be sure you enter the correct shipping address, including apartment/building/room numbers if applicable.  We will not issue refunds for addresses provided to us incorrectly.  

Orders are processed Monday through Wednesday.  Orders received after 7 a.m.  on Wednesdays will not be able to ship prior to the following Monday.

Shipping Method:  We ship all orders via UPS.  You are able to select an upgrade at checkout.  However, please know this only shortens your transit time.  Paying for UPS Next Day Air does not expedite your order.  The processing time remains the same.

Military orders will take additional time to ship that may be beyond the shelf life when they are received.  We will not be able to issue any refunds.  You are ordering at your own risk.

For larger or bulk orders, we require at least a 2-week lead time.  This may vary depending on the size of the order.  Please contact customerservice@wickedwhoopies.com for an estimate on delivery of large orders.

Processing and shipping times are subject to change without notice and frequently change during holidays.
