Corporate and Holiday Ordering

Holiday Website Ordering:

We are no longer able to guarantee holiday delivery or any delivery prior to January.  Even if you upgrade your UPS service, the production time stays the same.  We are not able to expedite orders.

UPDATE:  Our current processing time is 14 to 21 business days (not including UPS transit time).

If you are ordering to multiple addresses, you must complete a separate order for each one.  Since we are a small Maine company with very limited staff, we are not taking holiday orders via phone.  

Corporate Ordering:

We are no longer taking corporate orders for guaranteed shipping before the holiday.  We can still take an order, but it will not ship until after the New Year.  I am sure clients would love to get a Happy New Year gift just as much.

To inquire about or place a corporate order, please email customerservice@wickedwhoopies.com with what you would like to order and a list of the shipping addresses or order online (each shipping address must be entered as a separate order).  We do not take corporate orders via phone.

 

UPS Shipping Schedule:

Based on UPS shipping schedule and deadlines, we recommend all ground locations (most of ME, MA, NH, VT, RI, CT) ship no later than December 11.  Last day for Next Day Air is Thursday, December 21.  However, even though we will ship up until the 21st, we will have a cutoff day for guaranteed delivery by Christmas.  Orders received after the posted date will not be refund.  That date will be posted on our website at the top of each page.
